Lively Engagment and Sending our Well-wishes
On 24th January and 14th February 2025 (Friday), all Y3 classes had a chance to interact with the people with Special Needs. For a few JCAS sessions, together with their teachers, the students conceptualised programs to entertain and engage the beneficiaries from various SUN-DAC Centers. The visit aimed to engage with the beneficiaries, bring joy through creative activities, and foster a sense of empathy and inclusivity among the students. They were given a brief introduction to the center’s mission and the different challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. The students then eagerly joined in a fun and interactive session focused on coloring and painting. The students presented the beneficiaries with cookies and cards with written messages by the students wishing them for the CNY 2025. DIY colouring kits were also presented to them and the students involved themselves in keeping the people engaged in painting and colouring activities.

SUN-DAC Talk
On 17th January 2025, we were honoured to have Ms Sri and Mr Joel from SUN-DAC to give a talk for our Y3 students. Through their sharing, students learned the following:
- How to Identify disabilities?
- How People with disabilities perceive the world?
- How we can offer assistance in specific situations?
They were also equipped with practical advice on how to effectively interact with persons with disabilities. It was indeed an enriching session spent with experienced staff from SUN-DAC for the great insights given to our students, teaching them to be a more inclusive world citizen.
