An Ontario Student Transcript (OST) is an official and legal record of a student’s achievement at the secondary school level in Ontario. It includes diploma and/or certificate information, as applicable. All credits accumulated at secondary schools in Ontario will appear on one OST. The OST is retained by the last secondary school (or its board) that you attended.
Students who have graduated or retired from Holy Cross CSS shall request an Ontario Student Transcript from the Holy Cross CSS Guidance Office by completing our Transcript Request Form.
If you transferred to another school after secondary school, for example Adult Continuing Education, or another secondary school in another school board, please direct your access request to that school board.
