We often take pictures in classes. We use these pictures for the Student Magazine, to share news about HCC and SALC, and to recruit new students. Please read and decide if we can use your photos.

Please read this agreement from the Massachusetts Department of Education. You may sign it or decline (say no). 

This form ONLY needs to be completed for students whose contact info (phone, email, address) has changed. 

NOT to be done at Orientation, but instead in class on the day when the Advisor gives their initial presentation. (This info populates the Advising Tracker, for teachers also to see.)
