Stretch Your Stress Away!

Feeling Stressed?

If you don't have any strategies for managing stress, give this club a shot. We'll spend time doing gentle stretching, practicing breathing strategies, and try out different resources that you should be able to adapt to your everyday life to help you manage your stress. 

*Before you can participate, have your parents fill out this form. Only students with a COMPLETED form are allowed to stay for stress sessions
