NEW TO TRACK AND FIELD?
SIGN UP IN 5 EASY STEPS
1) FILL OUT OUR ATHLETE INTEREST FORM HERE
2) PAY YOUR TAX DEDUCTATABLE ATHLETE DONATION OF $325 THROUGH OUR VENMO OR ZELLE EHSTRACKINCHB@GMAIL.COM OR USE THE QR CODES
3) ORDER A UNIFORM. FIRST FILL OUT OUR UNIFORM ORDER FORM HERE AND PAY THROUGH OUR VENMO OR ZELLE. (If you are have a uniform from last year from Track or XC you do not need need to fill out the form or buy another uniform. They are the same)
4) GET YOUR ATHLETE CLEARED (EVEN IF THEY DID ANOTHER SPORT)
1) Set up a Home Campus Account or login to complete athletic clearance online (HOMECAMPUS.COM/LOGIN) • Online emergency information, medical. Insurance, and parent/student signatures.2) Get a Physical - Physicals are good for 1 year3) Impact Testing - If you do not receive an impact test, email the Athletic Trainer jmorgan@hbuhsd.edu, for a new link4) Print Confirmation, sign and submit IN PERSON AT THE FINANCE WINDOW with payment of $50 • Cash, check for (payable to EHS), credit card.IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS EMAIL US!

Edison Track and Field holds pride in raising stellar athletes as well as well rounded, responsible young men and women. Our athletes are expected to come to practice ready to work hard, inspire their teammates, and be leaders by example. Grades are of utmost importance, every athlete is expected to take our work ethic off the field and into the classroom. Respect is a multi-faceted principle; Respect for your coach, respect for your team-mates, and most of all respect for yourself.
