Registration

To attend the meeting in person in Italy, you must be registered. Registration closed on the 5th of May. (If you are only attending online meetings and will not be there in person in Italy, you do NOT need to register or pay the registration fee).

The registration fee is €77 and is non-refundable.

During registration, after clicking the “submit” button you will be redirected to the payment page. Please follow the instructions to finalise your registration. Please note: The registration fee is payable online when you register. There will be no other payment options available.

Arriving into Venice Marco Polo Airport

Venice Marco Polo Airport is the nearest airport to Padua (49km). From here, you can travel to Padua by:

  • SITA Coach (~10€)

  • Taxi (~98€). The trip will take around Ih 30m.

***Note: You must wear an FFP2 graded face mask whilst travelling on public transport in Italy***

Arriving into Treviso Canova Airport

Treviso Canova Airport is 62 km from Padua. From here you can travel to Padua by:

  • MoM coach

  • By Train - Padova train station is a 15-minute walk from the old city centre; there are train services from and to Venice, Trieste, Verona, Milan, Bologna, Florence and Rome. http://www.trenitalia.com/

(NB: you will be asked to take part in a mandatory guided tour at the cost of 5€ per person, to be paid on site in cash)

Getting there

“Cafè Pedrocchi” and “Palazzo della Ragione” and are both situated in the city centre and very close to each other.

  • Walk: From Central Station takes about 15 minutes. From meeting venue takes about 20 minutes.

  • Tram: From Central Station - Take tram to “Capolinea Sud/southbound” and stop “Ponti Romani”.

  • Bus: From meeting venue - Take bus U10 to bus stop “E. Filiberto fr. 36”
