Mrs. Heather Romero

About Me

Hi! My name is Heather Romero. I am a wife and mother to 4 beautiful children that attend Highland. I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. After a couple years of working in business, I returned to college to earn my teaching certificate. I have been in education for over a decade and have taught grades 4-6 during this time. I have taught ELA/Science/History, but found my passion in teaching math over the last several years.

Our family recently got a dog, his name is Banjo and he is a Yorkie. We love snuggling with him. Some of my favorite places are HomeGoods, Hobby Lobby, and TJ Maxx. I enjoy sipping coffee and snacking on chocolate of all kinds. My family enjoys many different sports and doing crafts together. We are super busy! Most importantly we just enjoy spending time together!

I am looking forward to working with your child this year and bringing a new level of math knowledge to your home. Please contact me at hromero@hbcsni.org if needed.
