Students must have a pass with the time, date, and purpose to visit the library.
Students must adhere to the library's rules on behavior, especially those related to internet use and checking out procedures.
Students must enter and exit the library orderly.
Students may not stay over after a period has ended. A pass from the current block teacher is required to continue working.
No food is allowed in the library. Students may bring a drink, provided it has a screw on lid and not open around the computers.
Teachers must schedule library use with the librarian 48 hours before the library is needed.
Visiting teachers must remain with his or her class while using the library's resources.
Teachers must return all loaned equipment before leaving for the weekend. Items not returned on Friday should be secured in the teachers room.
Students must use the online Destiny Catalog due to the impact of Covid-19.
Students are limited to 2 items at a time, for no longer than two weeks
ACT prep & ASVAB material are available on a first come, first serve basis and are loaned for a period of four weeks. This time may be extended only if no other patron has requested it.
Computers and MacBooks should be used for educational purposes only. Students are expected to abide by the district policies stated in the Student Handbook. Failure to follow these policies will result in revocation of computer privileges.
School related printed is free, but please be mindful of the number of documents. Proof all assignments for errors before printing.
Students must pay library fines (if applicable) before checking out additional items. Fines are waived if the book is returned in acceptable condition.
Any student who has an overdue item at report card mark will be placed on the fees owed list.
Any student who lose library items will be fined the FULL price of the book.
Reference books can not be checked out.
