Our Hazen FCCLA Chapter has around 30 members during this, 24-25, school year.
Our chapter aims to show students that FCCLA can empower them to face personal, family, work, and societal issues through career-focused education.
FCCLA is important because it can teach students leadership skills, promotes teamwork, and encourages community service.
Our school's Chapter was founded in 1960 and was refound in the fall of 2020 and is still striving.
Many of our members have competed in star events, we have had two groups go to nationals in the previous years, but unfortunately, they didn't place. This year we have three groups competing in state star events and we all hope to advance to Nationals.
The benefits you have with join FCCLA are scholarship opportunities, learning leadership skills, volunteer opportunities, etc.
