Create an ongoing support plan schedule time for reflection, discussion and refinement of classroom practice. In order to ensure success you need to plan for this and put it on your schedule. Define key people for different support activities to keep this process flowing. Here is an example plan that includes Digital Learning Coaches, Instructional Coaches, Blended Learning Specialist and Principals. Revisit this plan periodically and revise as needed.
Reflection is a critical component for improving practice. Use reflection as fuel to iterate and refine blended learning processes. Establish time and routines to ensure this happens. Group reflection is great but here are some digital tools teachers can use to reflect personally.
