Parents of Seniors - - IMPORTANT - - Parents, this one-page calendar was given to your senior last week, but we want to make sure you have a copy. It is a calendar of important senior events with accompanying notes that parents also should be aware of. If you have any questions or concerns about these events, please call the school at 828-389-6532.
There will be one last tryout for Varsity cheerleading TODAY in the primary school gym from 3:30 to 5:00. The forms you will need to try out are on the google classroom (code: glglma4).
HHS is pleased to welcome Mr. Kaleb Rathbone today as a guest speaker. Mr. Rathbone is the Assistant Agriculture Commissioner and will speak with our CTE students regarding Agriculture in Western North Carolina. He will also be discussing the different careers and jobs available in the field of Agriculture.
Seniors who are interested in assisting at the Baccaulareate Service should get in touch with Mr. Cook as soon as possible. We're looking for seniors to perform music or read scripture. Baccaulareate will be Sunday May 23rd at 6pm at Truett Memorial First Baptist Church in Hayesville.
HOSA is planning a blood drive coming up this Friday May 14th. Sign up in Mrs Carusos’s room to donate.
Our school is committed to constantly improving the safety of our students and staff. In doing so we have trained all of our students to recognize the signs of at-risk behaviors and to utilize the states new anonymous reporting system. Below you will find more information about this program.
