Partnership between Hayaa Network Pte Ltd & Ustaz Mizi Wahid
The focus for the first Love & Marriage programme was on the key aspects of relationship dynamics, covering strategies for conflict and tension resolution. The discussion included the importance of clearly defined roles and responsibilities to manage expectations, an in-depth analysis of different types of intimacy within couples, the significance of private and personal space, and the impact of expressing affection and appreciation. The event provided valuable insights and practical tools for enhancing relationships and fostering stronger connections.
This workshop explored the complexities of modern relationships, addressing common conflicts and tensions that couples face. Insights were provided on resolving these challenges, focusing on the language of affection, attention, and care to deepen connections. A fresh perspective on intimacy was offered, highlighting the importance of boundaries, privacy, and balancing individual space with shared space. The workshop also emphasised the difference between communication and meaningful interaction, providing couples with tools for a more fulfilling partnership.
"I learnt we need to discover ourselves before we can engage in meaningful conversations and resolve conflicts between spouses."

"It was truly insightful and refreshing session, MashaAllah. Love this initiative!! It was a fruitful and engaging reflecting session for married couples or soon to be married couples. Touched on very sensitive topics which are deemed as taboo in our society. We look forward to more of such initiatives/short courses. It was also a platform that allowed discussion on religious and psychological aspects of marriage in a safe and open manner. Kudos to hayaa network! Would love to engage in therapy session by hayaa network if rezki permits. :)"
