JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversees all aspects of a construction project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time.

• Managing project schedules, acting as the primary point of contact for all construction activities on a project site.

• Manage and motivate a small construction crew, assigning tasks and resolving conflicts.

• Professionally interacting with customers, trade partners, and suppliers/vendors.

• Monitor construction progress on-site, identifying potential issues and resolving problems as they arise

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Comprehensive understanding of construction methods especially steel stud framing.

• Knowledge of Reading and Understanding Blueprints.

• Effective communication with clients and construction team.

• Organizational skills that manage complex projects and timelines.

• Physical strength and stamina

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• Positive, Can Do Attitude

• Must be trustworthy and honest

• Willingness to learn new skills

• 2 or more years of experience in the construction industry 

• Must be willing to travel 

• Some night work will be required

• Legal drivers license

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• Would like at least 1 year experience

• Must be willing to travel
