Intro to Design

Introduction

I signed up for this course because I wanted to try something something new. The visual art classes I've taken in school have always either been drawing or painting, so I thought I'd give design and fabrication a try.
One thing I'd really like to learn how to do in this course is use the laser cutter.
One thing I can share that may spark an idea for any future connections would be that I like to code and can somewhat create a website.
I'm pretty good at picking up from where ever and just following along with my peers in class if I missed something.
I like shoes so maybe like Michael Jordan is a pretty good designer and his shoes are found worldwide. www.nike.com/w/jordan-shoes-37eefzy7ok

Sketch Book

These are early sketches from the first and second week of school. These drawings include the cover showcased on the front of my sketchbook, a floor plan of the Fab Lab, and a bird's eye view of Hawken's Upper School campus. The drawing of the Fab Lab was my favorie because it showed me to look at whats around me and how to scale it down into the size of what im drawing on.
