By learning many types of articles, my perspective on newspapers has changed. It was a good lesson for my life.

I can say this is my final product of my studying abroad. I'm so glad to publish The Hibiscus as closing my journey in Hawaii. Anyway, feel free to read, and have a wonderful time from now on. Thank you to everyone involved in The Hibiscus.

During the class, we were not in a classroom but in an office of the press. We could become reporters or writers.  And Chief Editor Jasmine encouraged us. By the way, who pays for our salaries?

It was my first experience to publish the news paper, and it's hard work for me. However, I enjoyed it too. I hope you will be excited to read our newspaper!

I can learn writing from another view that I haven't leaned in high school in Japan. 

This class was so much fun and I could learn how to write news, feature, and editorial. Finally, we made our own site. Hope you guys enjoy!

Learning how to write diffrent types of articles has improved my writing skills. I think we emjoyed  to create and publish a newspaper!

Newspapers sound very fancy, don't it? At first when I took this class, I thought it would be fancy, difficult, lots to cover, etc. But going through almost 2 terms of these classes. I feel great because I have learned a lot of skills and knowledges that I have never knew and tried. I feel super great, enjoyed with the teacher and friends here! I believe, everyone in this class is so proud of their work by the time The Hibiscus is published. 

I really enjoyed writing and editing articles. Enjoy The Hibiscus!!
