This committee advocates for welcoming, sensory-informed environments that promote well-being, regulation, and a sense of belonging. We support the design, development, and implementation of physical spaces, resources, and strategies that recognize and respond to a wide range of sensory preferences and needs. This includes creating and sustaining sensory-friendly spaces, distributing sensory kits, and collaborating with campus partners to increase awareness and capacity for sensory-informed practices. Each initiative reflects a scalable, student-centered approach that integrates equity, access, and care into the learning environment.
