Aloha from the NICE Program!

The NICE Program is part of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Outreach College and strives to create an engaging space for students to learn English in Hawaiʻi. We have served international communities in Hawaiʻi since 1975 through language and cultural education, with a strong focus on oral communication.
