These faculty members have completed L.E.I. I (Learning with Empathy & Innovation) by demonstrating foundational practices in inclusive course design, accessibility, clear communication, and student-centered learning within Lamakū.
Faculty applied ADA-informed and empathy-driven practices to course content in Lamakū to reduce barriers, support equity, and minimize student frustration. This included accessible document preparation, thoughtful revisions to existing course materials, and the use of HONU framing to guide inclusive design decisions.
Faculty leveraged foundational Lamakū tools—including templates, communication features, and assessment tools—to create organized course structures, transparent expectations, and timely feedback practices that support student engagement and retention through sustainable course workflows.
