Program Scholarship Eligibility
Eligibility for the program is limited to Hawaiʻi Island Residents who:
Must be a Hawaiʻi Island resident according to Hawaii CCʻs Residency Policy.
No prior college or university experience (minimum less than 12 credits).
Must be enrolled at Hawaiʻi Communtiy College and qualify for the resident tuition rate.
A non-college bound student with barriers or challenges that prevent them from attaining a higher education.

An application will be considered incomplete and will only be evaluated once the applicant and referral forms are received as well as your admissions to Hawaiʻi CC.
