Duration: Prepare to give a 15 minute oral presentation with 5 minutes for Q&A
How to prepare for your paper presentation/talk:
In person presenters: Bring your laptop/chromebook to hook up and use for your presentation.
Have your presentation slides ready on your laptop/chromebook.
Online presenters, please have your slides ready to share on screen on Zoom

Poster Presentation
Poster Presentation
In-Person poster presenters: You will discuss your poster with those walking around during a 45-minute poster session. No specific time limit. See Poster Printing Checklist below for instructions on printing your poster.
Online poster presenters: You will have approximately 7 minutes to describe your poster to your audience and 3 minutes for Q&A via Zoom. Prepare a poster using the instructions below (online posters will be displayed on screen and do not require printing.)

Recommended size: 24x36 poster with a 0.25 inch margin
There will be trifold display boards and clips available at the symposium for your printed poster.

*ONLINE OPTIONS: Portions of the Symposium will be available to view online. The online options include the Welcome speeches from 9:00-9:15 and online presentations/posters from 10:15-11:45. Please register above if you plan to join online to receive the zoom link.
