Jenny embraces both academic and personal “side quests,” exploring coursework from networking to medical imaging and even petitioning to create her own biomedical-focused track. She graduated in Fall 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, concentrating in Systems and Signals at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Reflecting on her journey through community colleges and UH system, she values both the human and technical sides of engineering. She plans to continue into her master’s program at UHM and remain invested in her community, guided by the belief that “when you care for the land, it cares for you.”
