The roots represent our foundation with God, the trunk represents us and where we fit into that relationship and the leaves are the flourish when the two come together.
Trace your finger or write along the roots and pray for your relationship with God. Be honest with yourself. Bring forward the struggles, the celebrations, and where God has already worked in your life, bringing you to this moment.
Trace your finger or write along the bark. Use this time to pray about where you want God in your life, the places you want him to reach and touch. Continue your prayer giving thanks for healing, family, friends, and where you are as you Live a New Live in this 2021 version. Think about where you would like God to make you sturdy in your relationship with him.
Trace your finger or write along the leaves. These are the mini celebrations that God has brought into your life now and where you would like Him to work within your heart. Nothing is too little, nothing is too large for this as God works in all things. From: Pattern Church saved to Virtual Prayer Room May 2020
On a piece of paper (or many pieces of paper), write down anything that you feel needs forgiveness.
Crunch up that piece of paper into a ball, throw it in the virtual fire, repeat a bible verse or two, and say a prayer of forgiveness.
Leave this station with a smile on your face and a refreshed mind and soul!

A Short Prayer About Forgiveness
Father, today I ask forgiveness of all the negative and harmful words I have spoken or thought of about myself and others. I do not want to mistreat myself in such a way again. Transform my thoughts and words to help me understand how marvelously you made me. Change my habits so I use my tongue to speak hope and favor upon my life and about others. In Jesus' name, Amen.
