Campus Center Ballroom will reopen for events on February 1, 2022.

Please view our current policies below. CCMES is following all State/City/University of Hawai’i policies regarding safely hosting events.


Request a Mazévo (Mah-zay-voe) account to make online room requests for Campus Center and Hemenway Hall meeting rooms, Courtyards and Campus Center Ballroom.

6/22/22 - Event requests outside of our current operating hours will be taken on a case by case basis.

5/24/22 - Summer 2022 Office Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. MES operating hours are from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays until further notice. Face coverings are required while in the Campus Center and Hemenway hall buildings and during events.

12/1/21 - Updated policies are posted below based on the current City and County of Honolulu proclamation. CCMES Policy Updates 2021-5 are effective December 6, 2021.

11/19/21 - Updated policies based on the current City and County of Honolulu proclamation are available below. These take effect November 29, 2021.

11/12/21 - We are reviewing the latest City and County of Honolulu's updated proclamation regarding seated and interactive events. We will update our policies to reflect the current City and County of Honolulu proclamation. The updated policies will be posted soon.

08/17/21 - Effective August 23, 2021, social distancing of three (3) feet and 10 people or less in meeting rooms. Table space reservations are now available. Review CCMES Policy Updates 2021-3.

03/24/21 - Events can now have max set-up with social distancing. See the Rooms page for diagrams and photos.

03/03/21 - Events can now have 10 people or less in meeting rooms.

02/08/21 - Hire CCMES staff to assist with your virtual/hybrid events. Virtual Event Technicians now available. Learn more!

01/25/21 - On a temporary basis, Hem 204 and Hem 215 are available as individual study rooms for current UH Mānoa students. Learn more!

10/28/20 - The health and safety of our event attendees and staff members are our highest priority. Our new policies abide by current State of Hawaiʻi/City and County of Honolulu/UH Mānoa rules, and help ensure the health and safety of event coordinators and attendees, and our staff members.
