Submission of the Forms:

Repair Work around Campus:
We have a lot of repair work going on around our campus. Although those areas have been taped off, it would be safer for your students to have close-toed shoes.
Please note that we will keep the events open in compliance with the UH Policy, EP 2.202, for the safety and protection of minors. This means that parents/teachers/coaches are welcome to be with the middle and high school students at the events. We ask all spectators to observe the events quietly so that students and event supervisors will not be distracted before, during, and after the events.
We are applying for the WIFI access for the participants on the tournament day. This policy describes the appropriate use of UH information technology resources which applies to students, faculty, staff, and authorized guest users. (The original can be found here: https://www.hawaii.edu/infosec/policies/).
Coaches should have received the ESUS log-in info. If not, please email I-Chia for details.
Please note that all student exams will not be shared or mailed back to schools this time.
Tournament results will be shared in two weeks as directors are catching up with classes/grading.
