Activity: Make a list of all the things that make you happy.

How does a person's body change based on their emotion?
Which of these emotions are you feeling the most right now?
Activity:
Fold a piece of paper in half 2 times. Write one of the following emotions in each square: happy, sad, worried, angry. Draw a picture of yourself showing each emotion.
Activity: Try taking some selfies of different faces that you make when you feel different emotions! You can make your own feelings book, and if you want, you can send us your best MAD face! Post it on Facebook or email it to miranda.treacy@haverhill-ps.org.

Watch this 5 minute video on feelings. Then talk with a grown up or sibling about what happens to you when you feel angry.
Activity: Draw an outline of your body when it feels angry. Mark the parts where you feel the anger in red.
