Seal Coating & Line Striping

This project exemplifies our proficiency in parking lot maintenance. We conducted thorough air-sweeping and steel broom cleaning across the entire area, diligently addressing any deep cracks with Rubberized Crack Filler for comprehensive repair. Our premium Asphalt Sealer was then meticulously applied in a single coat, providing superior protection to the entire lot. Lastly, we executed precise re-striping, ensuring a refreshed and professionally maintained appearance

In this particular project, we served a first-time customer with a driveway spanning approximately 1,000 feet in length. Our comprehensive sealcoating solution not only shielded the driveway from UV rays, water, and oils but also facilitated snow melting during winter months, all while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of their property.

Asphalt Paving

In this project, we undertook the paving of a fire/maintenance lane spanning approximately 900 feet in length, previously surfaced with stone. Our meticulous approach involved grading the area to ensure proper water flow. Subsequently, we applied a 3-inch layer of 9.5mm Asphalt Surface to the lane, prioritizing maximum compaction to guarantee its long-term durability and functionality.

This project was commissioned by a client who recently constructed a barn on their property and sought to finalize their project with a durable asphalt solution. We meticulously applied 6 inches of asphalt, comprising Binder and Surface layers, to meet their requirements. The accompanying image showcases the commencement of our work as we apply the initial lift, ensuring precise execution and client satisfaction.

Asphalt Patching

This project was tailored to address a client's driveway concerns, particularly a soft spot in front of their garage that had begun to develop alligator cracking. To rectify this issue, we performed meticulous milling, removing 4 inches of compromised asphalt to eliminate the soft spot. Subsequently, we applied a 4.5-inch layer of fresh asphalt and executed thorough compaction to ensure structural integrity and longevity.

This project was undertaken for a client whose parking lot exhibited rough areas and numerous potholes throughout the premises. To address these issues comprehensively, we employed precision milling techniques, removing an inch and a half of compromised surface. Following this, we applied a meticulously compacted layer of 2 inches of fresh asphalt, ensuring a smooth and durable surface for the parking lot.
