Extra Credit Challenge 2

In this challenge, we all used the Bolt as a game controller to play a game called Round Trip. You can play this game with a Sphero robot and the Sphero Play app.

In this challenge, parker and Dakota raced the Bolt and the Mini.

reflection

Using a lot of different robots , I accomplished changes, I did this because we got extra credited .I got more extra credit if we made our own challenge.

During this process, I learned how to program robots. Here were many apps that I used, such as Sphero Edu, Blocky, and iRobot Coding. I also learn how to drive them.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Computational Thinker to disein the code. Global Collaborator because my website is public to the world.

A challenge I overcame on this project was getting the catapult to stay in place and to fall off. I was able to do it by reinforcing it with other Legos. I also had to use lighter pice to throw.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change, have the shapes be more symmetrical. The reason why I would change it is because the shapes were a little wonky. so they did noy look like a shape.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Computer Programming .
