where i hunted what i did different every day

Day one

me and my dad got to Ohio late so we went on state land and walked a little way and sat down in the woods we didn't see any deer but we seen a fat squirrel

Day two

me and my dad went scouting seen two buck scrapes and one warm bed but the sides of that mountain were dangerous and steep but we seen one doe

Day three

me and my dad went and sat in are sattles 300 yards from where we sat the first day and seen a big 24 inch buck with 8 inch tine length but i didn't have a arrow nocked so i didn't get to shoot it but it seen us and trotted away and i tried to call him back but it didn't work

Day four

i sat by my self and my dad went a couple hundred yards and got in his sattle i didn't see anything but that night i went and sat alone and it got dead silent and it was dark and it felt like something was watching me so i got down and walked out of the woods met my dad and went back to the truck

Day five

i sat by my self in the morning and still did not see anything so then my dad starts coming over to get me so i get down and tear everything down and and got down met my dad at the bottom of my stand and he took a different route to get me came up and said it looked good hunting down there so i went down there and we said ya that does look good so we went back up to the truck and we were going to come back out at 1:00 and hunt again but then my uncle shot a deer and we tracked it and we didn't find it and we were bumbed out.

Day six

we went to state land and sat in are sattles in a differet spot because we seen deer in the fields nexted to it and we seen three doe's

Day seven

me and my dad sat off the road on state land but didnt see any thing

Day eight

we went out in the same spot as day six but still didn't see anything but my dad ate a poisonous chestnut and didn't feel good so when we got back to camp we packed up and left.

what did i do to prepare for hunting is i would make sure i had all of my stuff then spry my hunting cloths with decent then i get dressed make sure i got my trigger my bow then i head for the woods so that is how i get around.
