7p1- about me video

Using Imovie on my iPad, I created an about me video because we put it on our website so that people when they are on our website they can watch the video and know more about us.

During this process, I learned that iMovie existed and how to do the voiceovers.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to creative communicator because i made that video all by myself and I did all the voiceovers by myself.

A challenge I overcame on this project was recording my voice. I was able to do it by getting away from people and recording my voice.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of photos and the length. The reason why I would change it is because there are more things that I could share and thig that people could know.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the digital media CTE program at Hastings High School.  

My project connects to careers in video producers/videotape producer/ director  because it deals with video producing.
