Planning Questions

Are you working by yourself or in a team? I'm working by myself

What materials will you need for your project?  A micro bit iPad and my computer 

What is your plan to create in this project?  I plan on making music.

What unique qualities will your project have? I don't think anybody else did what I did

• Using micro bits a ipad and a computer and codes, I created Music because I thought it would be fun and I also wanted to make somthing that people would listen to.

• During this process, I learned how to use coding to make differnt programs and using a speaker i made music from the coding and it played through the speaker.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because I seeked out videos and other tutorials to help me use the micro bit.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was my coding was not working. I was able to do it by clicking a help button and thern i fixed the code after it showed what was wrong.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change what I made. The reason why I would change it is because once i fixed the coding it was really boring and easy.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in core software development because A core software developer builds and maintains the foundational, low-level architecture, internal tooling, or base infrastructure that other developers and applications rely on to function.
