Planning Questions
I am working by myself
Materials I will need and will use include Tinkercad, and 1 3D Printer.
My plan for this project is to create car.
1 unique quality my project will have is it's a race car.
Using Tinkercad, I created a race car because I wanted to construct a model of a car. this car is a race car I built among taking shapes and fitting them together in order to create a final shape.
During this process, I learned two things one is the model of the car was more challenging than the actual creation process leading up to printing. Two is that tinkercad is the foundation of the project.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to being an Innovative Designer because I was creating the race car with the choice or shape options given through Tinkercad for the race car I built and put together.
A challenge I overcame on this project was the building and creating process. I was able to do it by using the shapes on Tinkercad and figuring out the right way to combine them with the other shapes and align them straight on to the race car. Another part of the process was the size of the shapes I used to combine them and what had to be bigger or smaller than other parts just like with a real car.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the detail of my car and keep the design I created. The reason why I would change it is because now that I now how to use Tinkercad I can make a more detailed better race car next time with the same knowledge I used and learned along the way of the project.
