Using the sphero bolt and the tablet, I created a party bomb because I wanted to make a better one from last year.
During this process, I learned how to fade lights.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I designed an idea for the phero bolt.
A challenge I overcame on this project was how to make the bolt spin. I was able to do it by testing different things until they worked.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the length of the video. The reason why I would change it is because the video feels to short.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in coding because I had to code the bolt.
