7P2 MICROBIT

Using _the micro bit, I created a name badge. Because I was assigned to do it.

During this process, I learned how to code and use a micro bit.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to be a because Innovative Designer because I create stuff with the micro bit and code.

A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to use and make the micro bit work. I was able to do it by asking for help if I need it and trying till I figured it out.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change how many things I made with the micro bit. The reason why I would change it is because I wish I did more.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School because it uses coding with micro bit.
