Using  the s hero minis and the iPad, I created a square, house shape, cat face and a cross shape  because me and my partner had to create shape with the coding app and the shero minis.

During this process, I learned that surfaces mater on how the shero moves and how the shape turns out, the carpet made it go slow and getting stuck and the wax floor was making it slide all over the floor..

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered learner and global collaborator because I used trial and error to fix my mistakes .

A challenge I overcame on this project was people were connecting to our shero. I was able to do it by figuring out who it was and telling them to disconnect to our shero.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change that i would take more pictures for the daily log The reason why I would change it is because to get a good grade i need to have pictures of the shape and the shero mini doing the shape i programed it to do/.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programing CTE program at Hastings High School.  

My project connects to careers in robotics engineer because design, test, and program physical robots that perform tasks in manufacturing, space exploration, healthcare, or consumer goods.
