Using, micro bits I created a shake light show because i wanted to make shake lights.
During this process, I learned how to make songs.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to digital citizen because i post things online.
A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to figure out to do. I was able to do it by asking a freind.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change to make clap lights. The reason why I would change it is because its something new.

My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.

During this project, I learned the fundamentals of how to make songs using digital technology. This experience falls under the Digital Multimedia Career and Technical Education (CTE) program at Hastings High School, which prepares students for careers in the creative arts, such as music production and light show design. My project connects specifically to the Digital Citizen standard because I took responsibility for creating, producing, and posting my original music online.

A significant challenge I overcame during this project was figuring out the production process and knowing where to start. I was able to solve this problem by asking a friend for guidance, which helped me understand how to leverage technology to bring my ideas to life. If I were given a chance to do this project again, I would change my focus to make clap lights. I would make this change because it represents a new, hands-on opportunity to connect sound with interactive visual technology.

This project relates to careers in the creative arts because I developed skills in both audio production and the conceptualization of light shows. This type of work is in high demand, as professionals in the industry frequently combine sound and light to create immersive experiences for concerts, film, and theater.
