My Lesson

My lesson is about online saftey to show that not all people are who they say they are. The older guy told the younger kid that he was the kids age so when they met the kid met up with an old man. Now if the older man really wanted to he could steal the kid and get in contact with him. And that is why you dont talk to random people online.

I selected the area and started adding dinosaurs

I started coming up with ideas for my lesson

Today I went into my VR world

Today I helped people create share codes and go into there VR worlds

Using VR Delightex and PC, I created a dinosaur world because I really like dinosaurs and I thought the environment was perfect to add cave men for my lesson.
During this process, I learned how to code the animals to walk and run.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because I had to be very creative with my world.
A challenge I overcame on this project was I could not figure out how to code. I was able to do it by looking at tutorials on how to code.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how many animals I put. The reason why I would change it is because there wasn't a lot but there wasn't any that matches the theme.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the digital multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in software developer, content creator,3D artists, game tester because software developer writes codes for games. A content creator creates digital content.
3D artists create 3D models and environments. Game testers because you test games on VR.
