I am making a pillow case for my mom
Using fabric, sewing machine, tailor's tape, pins, and scissors, I created a pillow case because I wanted to make my mom a nice present for Christmas.
During this process, I learned how to make a pillow case.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I am making a pillow case.
A challenge I overcame on this project was the sewing machine broke. I was able to do it by using my aunts.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the side I sewed it on. The reason why I would change it is because that way you can't see the stitching.
