7P9 robots

day 1 we started coding random ideas

day 2 we  started making a square

day 3 we fixed the square 

day 4 we got the square working 

day 6 we coded the shut up robot

• Using sphero Edu, I created a robot matching the floor pattern because my partner thought it was a cool idea.

• During this process, I learned how to use sphero Edu.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Computational Thinker because I used what I thought was  correct and it worked.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was matching the floor pattern. I was able to do it by trying different codes.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the timing of the code . The reason why I would change it is because it was offset by a bit.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in coding because I coded a robot with a coding app.
