• Usingcospaces, I created a robot because it sounds cool and so that I can expandoff it for my next project .

• During this process, I learned how to use certain peises to make something cool.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I had to keep making prototypes since I had to get the robot just where I wanted it to look.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was how to make identical parts of the body of the robot since if I duplicate the parts it gets all mixed up. I was able to do it by trying until I got it right.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change it not having a monster to fight. The reason why I would change it is because I liked the movie pasific rim so I kind of wanted that type of vibe.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in engineering because I designed a thing.
