Using my computer , I created cookie jar because i like cookies.
During this process, I learned how to use a 3d printer.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because i had to design something.
A challenge I overcame on this project was getting the lid to fit. I was able to do it by seeing how big the top of the jar is and made the lid that big.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how big it is. The reason why I would change it is because it mite be to big to print.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in computer programming because the 3d printer needs to know what size it is so it can print.
