Using cardboard, created a house of forgotten people because memories are important.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because it took a few tries to get it right.

process, I learned you must never give up even if you are working by yourself.

A challenge I overcame on this project was working by myself. I was able to do it by being perseverant.

Given a chance to do this again, I would move the window. I would make the walls the length of the house, I would fix the roof, I would fix the floor too, the doors don't look right ,it is off center, its name is weird, it flies way to well, it isn't water proof, nothing can fit inside, no furniture, no people, it looks bland, it is really small, the roof is bigger than the actual house, no carpet, its not fun, instead of pulling it apart you pull it open, it is way too off balance, its not level, its really bad, it is really hard to close the doors, it is really easy to cut yourself with the unfinished edges, I cant fix the window, I made it by myself if I were to have my partner at school while I was building the project most of the problems wouldn't even exist.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in architectural design. Something I would do differently is to fix the balance.
