• Using my playground express, I created a flashlight and more because I needed to make different things in order to pass this class.

• During this process, I learned that the playground express heats up fast.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to knowledge constructor about coding because I learned a lot of things about coding  like how to make a song activated by a switch.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to make a flashing light and siren. I was able to do it by having somebody help me.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change is coding more stuff. The reason why I would change it is because you get a better grade for the more coding you do.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programing CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in computer programing because coding is computer programing.
