Using the micro bit 1 , I created a moving heart because it was simple to do but it also helped me learn how to.
During this process, I learned how to program different and new things on the micro bit.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because i used creativity to design and program my project onto the micro bit.
A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to program. I was able to do it by using different ideas or tolls and learning how they work.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what i programed. The reason why I would change it is because i feel like what i programed was to simple or was to easy.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programing CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Software Developers/Engineers, Web Developers, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Analysts because these careers all use programing.
