Are you working by yourself or in a team? By myself :D
What materials will you need for your project? Micro:Bit, makecode, and a computer
What is your plan to create in this project?
A few projects on Micro:Bit.
What unique qualities will your project have?
It will have a stickbug-like person.
Day one: I was introduced to Micro:Bit.
Day two: I made a name badge.
Day three: I made a beating heart.
Day four: I made a sunshine, person, and an animated animal.
Project one: Name badge.
Project two: Beating heart
Project three: Here Comes the Sun
Project four: Stickbug Person
Project five: Animated animal
Using Micro:Bit, I created an animated animal because I have no other friends (specifically in this class).
During this process, I learned how to do computer programming.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because I used the internet for this project.
A challenge I overcame on this project was two students being very distracting because there was a substitute teacher. I was able to do it by telling them to stop being disruptive and there were students trying to focus.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of projects. The reason why I would change it is because the amount I did was the bare minimum.
