Someone who is willing to work with others properly in a respectful ,ammer and someone that will understand you and work with you through the project you're working on, they also will tend to be strict on their expectations though not in a rude way , in a “u got this, i know you do” way. They often know your pain points and pressure points you can get to, but will work with you creatively whilst still keeping their standards and expectations for your behavior and what they want you to be doing. Will also tend to create solutions to your problems creatively with creative solutions.
