Meet the Staff of HC OIE
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness is led by Dr. Kristin Charles (she/her). Dr. Charles is an alum of Hastings College (BA in Psychology; 2004) who received her Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska - Omaha (UNO) in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Dr. Charles has over 20 years of experience in data analytics, research, and evaluation.
The Hastings College Office of Institutional Effectiveness (HC OIE) provides leadership and expertise to the college community and stakeholders within the areas of data analytics, research and evaluation, assessment, continuous improvement, and strategic planning. The mission of HC OIE is to cultivate a data-informed decision-making culture at Hastings College. We do this through partnership and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and provide comprehensive data analysis, modeling, and insights to support the College's strategic goals.
