Troubleshooting Adobe Connect for Live Events

Note - Plugin is only need for presenters
Try a different web browser
Use a Chromebook from a cart in your building

Known Issue - When using USB Headphones with Adobe Connect or any other flash site, the sound will only play over system speakers and not the headphones.

Solution:

Close the browser completely (the one you’re using to play the audio)
Start -> Control Panel
Click on Sound
Right click on “Headset Earphone” and select “Set as Default Device”
Click Ok
Close Control Panel
Open browser
Navigate to site and test
