Mrs. Hisman has been teaching at Hempfield for 15 years. Prior to that, she taught in Montgomery County, Maryland. Mrs. Hisman received her undergraduate degree from Westminster College and her master's degree from Clarion University. She is excited to teach the new ARC program for Language Arts this year and hopes that all of her students will gain a true love of reading.

Mrs. Vickers is a graduate of Seton Hill University with a master's degree from Clarion University. She taught Special Education for 5 years and this is her 13th year teaching third grade. This year, she will be teaching math to all of third grade using the "Bridges" and "Number Corner" program.

Mrs. Payne graduated from Saint Vincent College with a bachelor's degree and then went on to receive her master's degree from Seton Hill University. She has worked in various capacities throughout Hempfield for the past 14 years, including Art, 2nd Grade, and 3rd Grade. Mrs. Payne is looking forward to teaching Health, Social Studies, and Science this year.
