Welcome to the Hempfield Area School District's Kindergarten Transition Activities.

The transition to kindergarten marks a critical point in the lives of children and families. The following transition activities support children and engage families as they enter the Hempfield Area School District, as well as promote collaboration between early childhood programs and our elementary schools.

Activities will be added to this site throughout the summer. The transition activities are not required to be completed but recommended to help support your son or daughter as they enter Kindergarten.
