In these images we can clearly wee three main categories broken down. In the first image we can see the preferable, acceptable, and not preferable jobs an employee can have relating to the four-day workweek. A trend we can see are that jobs that change often and you cant plan for aren't the best of options to have if working a four-day workweek.
Management traits are the most important in the success of implementing the four-day workweek. We can see that managers that things they have to be involved in everything or mangers that that micro manage their employees increase the chance of implementation failing.
Even though manager traits are important, employees still need to be able to work with people in order for the four-day workweek to succeed. Its important for employees to be able to work as a team and to be productive in their time at work. You start to have problems when people don't want to work with a specific employee and or choose to work with a group but not be a productive employee.
